Find a 'harbour'
Feel stuck? No where to go? And not sure you want to stay where you are? Overwhelmed with the rhythm of to do’s, task, taking cares, etc?
Go outside, walk and find a place…In the woods, in a park, near a river. Literally a place to land… Declare it as your place… Visit it at least once every week. To have a fresh breath of air, to calm down and to let it rest. Stay at least 15 mins. and be conscious of what is, the smell, the sound, the silence... Then you have a look at all your things/tasks and busyness, with a little more distance and a little more calm. When you leave your harbour… you know what to do or don’t do…
