Changes never go directly from old to new, there is an in-between time or space, also called a liminal space.
A liminal space can feel uneasy, since you left your comfort zone, but are not at your ‘new destination yet’
However if you can deal with this uneasiness, and trust that in time you will find your way, this in-between space can become a very valuable and special time. You can open up to new experiences, listen to other voices, ideas, and by looking differently, you can see more. You can enjoy the unknown, ‘figure out as way of living’, and by incorporating this new info you can make an insightful, creative and conscious decision, instead of rushing on automatic pilot from a to b.
