Too often we have elevator pitches, instant (dis)likes, swipes, to explain: who you are, what your purpose is, where you stand for within 30 seconds
So… where is the time
Time to acknowledge and enjoy who you are. Time to be silent, listen to yourself, your head, heart, hands and to the story of others. What do they tell you? What do you tell yourself?
Changes never go directly from old to new, there is an in-between time or space, also called a liminal space.
A liminal space can feel uneasy, since you left your comfort zone, but are not at your ‘new destination yet’.
However if you can deal with this uneasiness, and trust that in time you will find your way, this in-between space can become a very valuable and special time. You can open up to new experiences, listen to other voices, ideas, and by looking differently, you can see more. You can enjoy the unknown, ‘figure out as way of living’, and by incorporating this new info you can make an insightful, creative and conscious decision, instead of rushing on automatic pilot from a to b.

Personal Compas
What is important to you?
Create your own wheel of life
Just like a compass, make 2 crosses:
Instead of the 8 directions (N, NE, E, S etc) you write down at the end of each line one theme that is important in your life (eg Family, Work, Freedom, Development, Exercise); 8 in total…
Each line you define from 0 (core of the compass to 10 (at the end of the line)
Now fill in on how much time you actually spend on each theme and connect the dots
then fill in how much time you want to spend on each theme and connect the dots
Look at the gaps: What does your compass tell you?
Are there big gaps or small, do you like what you see? Do you want to change something? What can you change now?
